Not a student at the University of South Carolina graduates without having been touched in some way by gifts from Carolina alumni and friends.

With more than 85 percent of current students relying on financial assistance to pursue their academic goals, unrestricted giving to Carolina provides us with the opportunity to address the University's most critical and emerging needs. Whether providing scholarships and fellowships, emergency financial assistance to keep students in school, recruiting outstanding faculty, purchasing resources for the libraries, beautifying campus, or equipping classrooms and labs, annual gifts help the University provide needed resources not covered by tuition or state funding.
